Integrated Marketing Technologies, Inc. (IMT) is very sensitive to the privacy concerns of members, clients, and visitors. This Privacy Policy for IMT’s Services (the “Privacy Policy”) is a component of our data and privacy policies and exists to describe what types of information is collected, how it is used to provide services, and when it may be disclosed and may change from time to time.
In certain countries and depending on applicable law, significant changes, e.g., those affecting the scope of the Personal Data we process about you, may be specifically brought to your attention. This notification may come by posting a notice on a page of the IMT web main website and/or a branded services portal (“Online Services”) prior to implementing the change, or by other means available to IMT, such as by email. Please note, by participating in IMT programs, and using the Web Site, members agree to a limited use of the personal information members provide, as outlined below.
Throughout this document, IMT may refer to IMT, its employees, consultants, advisors, suppliers, vendors, and other business partners (clients, manufacturers, brokers, operators), or other agents authorized by IMT to operate on IMT’s behalf.
Data Collection and Classification
Personally Identifiable Information
Personal data is information that identifies you as an individual or data from which you may be identified. IMT collects personally Identifiable Information through this website when voluntarily provided by you (e.g., visitors who elect to register for an event, subscribe to publications, and through electronic forms requesting personally identifiable information to perform a service). IMT may also collect data about people and companies through information licensed from affiliated third parties, public profiles, and in-house research. IMT may retain records of correspondence you send via this website. In addition, we use this information to respond to inquiries and provide you with information about our services.
We may share personal information about you within departments of our organization as well as third parties retained by IMT to provide services. Examples of these services include email or newsletter distribution, events, and maintenance notifications. We may also share personal information with third party vendors for the purpose of providing aggregated statistics to better understand how visitors use our website and to enhance the functionality and user experience for our visitors. As with most other websites, our website uses cookies to enhance user experience. Specifically, but without limitation, we may collect and retain information about your visit that includes dates and time stamps of your visits, pages accessed, time spent on each page, IP address, browser and operating system used to access our website, and referrals from another website.
Analytics
IMT uses analytic and related third-party integrated tools to provide us with insight into the use of our website. Analytic tools are used to understand and analyze user interaction with a website on an anonymous basis. Analytic tools will collect non-personal information about your activity through cookies and similar technologies to identify browsers and devices anonymously. IMT does not facilitate the merging of personal information with non-personal information we obtain or is obtained by analytic or third-party integrated technologies without consent.

While IMT is headquartered in the State of Ohio, we have clients and customers across the globe. Subject to applicable laws, any information you supply, or which is collected through your use of our Online Services may be transmitted outside of your own country and may be used, stored, and processed outside of the country where it was entered. This may include transfers to other members of IMT. IMT seeks to ensure the protection applied to your Personal Data as processed in those other countries or territories is adequate in accordance with applicable law.
Data Anonymization and Aggregation
IMT may use certain information gathered from our Online Services to compile anonymized aggregated demographic data about their users, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information, such as which pages of a website are used most frequently. IMT may use that information to help develop, deliver, and improve their products, services, content, and advertising. If provided to third parties, this data will include no Personal Data. The anonymized aggregated demographic data may also be used for statistical analysis and administration, including analysis of trends, carrying out actuarial work, tailoring products and services, risk assessment and analysis of costs and charges in relation to products and services of IMT.
We may use Cookies to create user profiles under pseudonyms for marketing and market research purposes and to adjust our pages, sites, or apps to our users’ needs. Unless you have consented by becoming a registered user, the usage profiles will not be merged with Personal Data about the holder of the pseudonym and, the information will not be used to identify the user of our pages, sites and apps.
Location-Based Services and Data
Some of the IMT Online Services include location-based services that require your Personal Data for the feature to function. To provide location-based services, IMT may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. Unless you have consented by becoming a registered user, the location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by IMT to provide and improve location-based products and services. For example, IMT may share geographic location with application providers to validate shipping addresses to ensure accurate shipping rates and delivery estimates.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THE IMT ONLINE SERVICES, WE WILL COLLECT PERSONAL DATA ABOUT YOU, AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. In certain countries, you may be required to provide your express consent to this Privacy Policy and its associated Terms of Use, and information regarding Cookies before being able to use our Online Services.

Please do not use our Online Services or provide your Personal Data through any of our Online Services, unless you consent the transfer of your Personal Data by IMT outside your own country (including outside the European Economic Area).
In certain countries and depending on applicable law, you may be asked to tick a box or make other affirmative indications that you accept this Privacy Policy and its accompanying Terms of Use and information regarding Cookies and that you provide your consent as set out in these documents.
Please note that there may be justifications other than consent on which IMT will rely for the collection, use and/or transfer of your Personal Data.
Ordering
Through IMT’s Online Services users are able to place orders for IMT products or services or those of our clients and customers. When you place an order using an IMT Service, when payment is required via credit card, the credit card or payment information that you submit will be transmitted in a secured format using secure server software (SSL) which encrypts this information. Of course, your credit card information will be submitted to the credit card institution for processing. IMT will not store the full credit card number, security code, card expiration, or other information after transferring the information to the credit card processor. IMT may store the last 4 digits of the credit card for reference purposes.
Requesting copies, modification, or deletion of your Personal Data
To request copies, modifications, or deletions of your personal data, please send your request to dataprivacy@imtco.com. When sending this request please include “Data Privacy Request” in the subject line, a description of the request, and include evidence of your identity (e.g., scan of a State issued ID or Driver’s License) to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing, changing, or deleting your Personal Data. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Links to Third Party sites
The IMT Online Services may include links to pages, sites or apps operated by third parties (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites may not be under the control of IMT and, IMT is not responsible for the content of any Linked Site or of other links located in a Linked Site. IMT provides links to the Linked Sites for convenience only and, the inclusion in the IMT Online Services of any such links does not imply an endorsement by IMT of the Linked Sites. Please note that the Linked Sites will have different policies than those of IMT and, IMT is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other site operators. Cookies
This site utilizes “cookies” to improve the user experience on this site. Cookies are small pieces of important information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive.
